Handyman & Cleaning LLC is run by Amrose Bruno, with Elijah Amevor on the tools beside him. It's the same crew Orlando already knows from Bruno Car Wash. You won't get a call center, a rotating cast of subcontractors or a salesperson. You get the two of us, and we treat your home the way we'd want ours treated.

How do estimates work, and are they really free?
Yes. Send us the list through the form, or text photos of the job. For most small repairs and cleanings we can quote from photos. For bigger jobs we'll stop by and look first. Either way you get a clear price before any work starts, and you don't owe anything for the estimate.
What do you include under "HVAC servicing"?
Routine filter and vent care: replacing your A/C air filters, cleaning dusty supply vents and return grilles, and reminding you when the next filter is due. A/C repairs, refrigerant, ductwork and new equipment must be done by a Florida-licensed A/C contractor. If that's what your system needs, we'll tell you straight away.
Can you do repairs and cleaning on the same visit?
That's what we're built for. Tell us both lists and we'll schedule one visit and give you one price. Fixes first, then a clean that includes any dust or mess from the repair work.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or tools?
No. We bring our own tools, cleaning supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use specific products, such as fragrance-free, pet-safe or ones you already have, just let us know.
What size jobs do you take?
Small to medium repairs, honey-do lists, painting, and all kinds of residential cleaning. Remodels, electrical circuits, new plumbing lines, roofing or anything that needs a building permit belong to a state-licensed contractor. We'll be honest if your job is one of those.
Do I have to be home?
Not necessarily. Plenty of customers leave us a door code or a key, especially for cleanings and rental turnovers. We'll text you when we arrive and send photos when we're done.
What are your hours?
We're open seven days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, weekends included. Requests sent after hours get a reply the next morning.
Is this the same team as Bruno Car Wash?
Yes. Amrose and Elijah run both. Want your car washed in the driveway while we work inside? Mention it when you book and we'll line it up.
How do I pay?
You pay when the work is done and you've looked it over. We'll confirm the accepted payment methods when we confirm your appointment.
